Step 1: Submit Manuscript in Print-ready PDF
What do you mean print-ready?
Manuscripts should be computer-encoded, edited, proofread, and laid out.
What if my manuscript is not yet print-ready?
We have add-on services subject to availability of staff, and charges apply based on the final number of pages according to the final layout. These add-on services are encoding, book layout, and proofreading services. Click ➡️ here to review our add-on services.
Can I do the layout on my own?
Of course! Click ➡️ here for our print-ready guidelines.

Step 2: Ask for a Quotation
Decide on your book's specifications, package, and any add-on finishing, so we can prepare you a quotation.
Here's the list of specifications we would need:

Step 3: Production
What you need to know:
Our printing process is digital, which allows us to accept orders for as few as 50 copies, making the whole publishing process less overwhelming, especially for first time aspiring authors. Digital printing also allows us to expedite production.
Proof printing takes only 3-4 working days,
and mass production takes 7-10 working days.
If your file is print-ready, you can receive your orders for as fast as 10 days!

Quality Check and Packing
- First, we have to make sure your file is print-ready. We will also double-check if the specifications you have provided are reflected in the quotation we have agreed with. Once that is done, we'll file a Job Order and forward the files to our Printers.
- Once the Printers have received the Job Order our Publishing Specialists have filed, they'll print one set and coordinate with our Creatives for the cover.
- Our Creatives will then adjust the spine of the book, add a barcode, or do little tweaks if necessary, before they return the file to our Printers.
- The Printers will then print the cover. If the book is for mass production, the Printers will forward the first set of printed inside pages and cover to our Publishing Specialists for counter-checking.
- Once approved, the inside pages will be forwarded to our Cutters, and the printed covers will be forwarded to the Lamination first.
- Since our digital printing process requires us to print books in "outs", the Cutters are in charge of separating these "outs". They'll cut a four-outs print into four sections, or cut a two-outs print into two. They leave a few centimeters of allowance on all sides before they forward the trimmed book to our Binders.
- The Binders are in-charge of connecting the cover with the inside pages. This is also where the paperbound and hardbound process differs. For paperbound books, the inside pages are automatically glued with the cover once it enters the binding machine. For hardbound books, however, the inside pages are bound together first and then cut to the final trim size, while the printed covers are being glued to the board of a hardbound cover, before both inside pages and cover boards are bound together.
- Once binding is done, the paperbound books are forwarded to our Cutters again for final trimming, whereas hardbound books are trimmed first before they are bound to the cover board.
- After this whole process, our Production Manager will inform our Publishing Specialists that the books are finished, so they can start with Quality Checking. The Publishing Specialists will check everything, from the printing quality, the file printed, the binding quality, cover quality, and what not. Once approved, our Publishing Specialists will clear the books for packing and release.
